Who we are

Practice Unbound purpose is to create distinct and vital shifts in Primary Care:  bringing people together,
unlocking possibility and creating space for change

We challenge assumptions and offer opportunities for everyone in Primary Care to think and work differently. We design solutions that bring people together and create space for curiosity, learning and growth.

Why work with Practice Unbound?

As the longest standing provider and creator of Workflow, we have worked with Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), Local Health Boards (LHBs) and Sustainable Transformation Plans (STP) across the UK to implement Workflow. We understand every area has individual priorities to meet the needs of their patient population. We don’t offer a one-size-fits all approach; we work with you to co-create the right solution for your area.

The Practice Unbound team are continuously identifying areas of improvement, implementing pilots and promoting change in Primary Care. We build meaningful relationships with Clinical Commissioning Groups, Local Health Boards and GP Federations to collaborate for change.

We’re a social enterprise; so when you commission services through Practice Unbound we reinvest to research new solutions for Primary Care.

Our Leadership Team

Our leadership team are united in the ambition to drive transformation in Primary Care, by facilitating conversations with those working in the system and creating space for change.

Our Workflow solution continues to show us the level of impact small changes can have within Primary Care. Our ambition is to continue to work across the system to develop and test further Primary Care solutions, which support Practices to increase their resilience whilst simultaneously improving the outcomes and level of care received by patients

Transformation Coaches

Our coaching team provide expert support to Workflow Administrators, Practice Managers and GPs throughout the training and implementation of Workflow in Practice and during your aftercare support. They help every GP Practice to ensure their Workflow is sustainable now and in the future.

From ex-Practice Managers to medical secretaries, many of our team have previously worked in a GP Practice and understand the challenges that may arise during implementation and how to quickly and effectively overcome them.

The Transformations Coaches run the Workflow Helpdesk (open 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday). The Helpdesk is there to give you direct access to support, the Coaches will resolve technical challenges, training queries and answer your questions on tailoring Workflow to fit your Practice and team.

For certain Workflow solutions, the Coaches will be proactively contacting Practices to offer guidance and support through the training and implementation process. Building trusted relationships as you transfer your processes, create protocols and release uncapped GP time and capacity.

Care Unbound

Practice Unbound is a service created by Here, a not-for-profit social enterprise based in Brighton.

Here was founded in 2008 and is a membership organisation owned by GPs, Practice Managers, nurses and staff – a group of people dedicated to creating more possibilities for care in every moment.

As part of Here, we believe in enabling people to take control of their health care journeys and we help change the way health and wellbeing services work so care can focus on what matters to individuals.
