We’ve supported over 600 Practices to implement Workflow and know every Practice’s implementation is different. Our blended learning approach, designed by Primary Care professionals, enables us to work with Practices to deliver a sustainable Workflow solution for every Practice.

Week 1: Our Engagement Workshop enables us to understand current processes and local needs so we are able to support your implementation in the right way.
Week 2: Our free toolkit includes helpful templates, guidance notes and tips to support your Practice to get started with Workflow.
Week 3: Delivered by our Workflow GP Leads, a two-hour GP Engagement and Governance session supports clinicians to understand and introduce the necessary governance structure to ensure Workflow is implemented safely.
Week 4-7: E-Learning modules guide administrators to Workflow in Practice and include sample letters to build skills and confidence before moving onto real correspondence. Still feeling unsure? Real time support can be accessed by GPs, Practice Managers and Workflow Administrators through weekly interactive coaching sessions and our practice helpdesk.
Week 8+: After just 8 weeks Workflow Administrators will be able to confidently Workflow high-frequency letters; significantly reducing the burden on GP time and releasing an average 8 hours per week. Our two-year support programme ensures you continue to realise the benefits and save GP time.
